Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related roles, Proven experience in managing large datasets, reporting tools, and analytics platforms, Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e. g. , Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc. ), understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign measurement, and lead lifecycle management

Lead end-to-end execution of complex marketing analytics and research projects (qualitative and quantitative)
Analyze marketing performance data to assess campaign effectiveness
Identify market trends
and competitive insights to guide strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards
and performance metrics for stakeholders across Sales
and hygiene across marketing systems and databases
Oversee lead management processes
including lead capture
and delivery to Sales teams
Support product and marketing teams with insights to prioritize initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue
Provide actionable recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis
Continuously improve reporting processes
and operational efficiency
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent measurement frameworks and KPIs; alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
