5+ years of project management experience in marketing or creative operations, or marketing operations, Deep, hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution models, Proven ability to manage high-volume intake and multiple concurrent workstreams, Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively, Experience working asynchronously across global teams and time zones, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end project management for Marketing Operations

Manage operational initiatives

and execution in Workfront

Provide project management support in Workfront for marketing teams

Ensure teams follow standardized intake

Assist with project setup

dependency management

Own day-to-day execution of projects in Workfront

Maintain Workfront hygiene for accurate reporting

Follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving

resourcing constraints

Partner with Workfront admin team on process enforcement

Provide feedback on workflow gaps and optimization

Support Workfront adoption and consistent use

Leverage dashboards and reporting to communicate status
