JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination that enable Marketing to operate as a scalable, high-performing organization. This role oversees marketing technology, performance measurement, and workflow optimization, while program managing key initiatives such as brand integration for acquisitions. This position partners across Marketing, Sales, and business functions to drive operational efficiency, improve visibility into performance, and ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives. The manager serves as a central connector across teams, enabling better planning, execution, and delivery of marketing outcomes. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. JOB DUTIES: Marketing Operations & Technology Own and manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, workflows, and system optimization Establish and maintain marketing data governance, including lead routing, life cycle stages, and data quality standards Partner with Sales Operations to align marketing systems and CRM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes Measurement & Performance Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness Define and standardize key marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks Support attribution and pipeline
