As a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist you will support platform operations, user enablement, campaign execution, governance, and continuous innovation while partnering closely with Demand Generation, CRM, Digital, and broader Marketing stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, user adoption, and data-driven customer engagement across the enterprise. **We will count on you to** : **User Enablement, Onboarding & Ongoing Platform Support** * Lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of scalable user onboarding, training, and enablement programs for new and existing platform users. Provide timely support for platform-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and operational guidance to ensure high user adoption, platform utilization, and service quality. Manage communications, support resources, and user-facing documentation through designated project management and knowledge-sharing platforms. **Platform Optimization, Governance & System Administration** * Manage and enhance the ongoing performance, governance, and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing.
