## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Marketing and Communications** team at **Marsh**. This role will be based in the **Sydney** office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The **Marketing Operations and Governance Coordinator** supports the smooth delivery of marketing activities and governance across the Pacific region. This entry-level role provides exposure to all parts of the marketing and communications team, helping coordinate operational processes, governance initiatives, planning cycles, reporting, and team support activity. Working closely with all marketing teams, the role acts as a central point for coordinating initiatives, ensuring they are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with agreed governance standards and operating frameworks. This is a role of a high impact individual, who will take initiative and is looking to make a difference.
