Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline, Proven experience in marketing strategy, integrated campaigns and agency management, stakeholder influence across Brand, Media, Digital and Product teams, A results-driven mindset with solid commercial and analytical skills, The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting capability, Experience working in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, Telco or similar)

Developing and executing PHI marketing strategies and communication plans aligned to business and brand objectives

Leading end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns

Partnering with Media and Brand teams to optimise channel investment

creative performance and campaign effectiveness

Working with Product teams on propositions

offers and go-to-market plans that maximise commercial outcomes

testing and customer insight to improve consideration

Bringing cross-functional teams together to align on priorities and deliver campaigns on time and in line with compliance requirements
