What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in marketing, proven success in managing events, supporting global or regional teams, Expertise in marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems (e. g. , Marketo, Pardot), understanding of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor management, and audience engagement, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, track record of thriving in team-oriented, collaborative environments, A self-motivated problem solver with organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience managing virtual and in-person events, including sales kickoffs, tradeshows, and customer-facing events, Familiarity with webinar platforms, such as Notified, and virtual event execution, Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools, Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and oversee the execution of marketing and event-related projects, Proficiency in social media platforms (e. g. , LinkedIn, Sprout Social) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
