What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of marketing experience with a deep, pan-regional focus across Latin America, Independent drive with proven ability to operate within a strategic framework while driving outcomes with less day to day oversight, Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, plus English, Experience managing marketing efforts in diverse environments, from audience demographics to policy nuances to varied audience perception to economics, 5+ years in Consumer Tech, Deep understanding of the LATAM consumer journey, specifically mobile-first behaviors and local trust barriers, Proven ability to advocate for regional needs (budget, product features, localizations) at a US-based HQ, Ability to drive growth in "low-data" environments by being resourceful and hands-on
