What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field, 5–8+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, marketing communications, public relations, or a related field, Ability to listen, learn, and simplify complex information into clear messaging, Experience working with internal communication platforms and collaboration tools, Stellar organizational and project management skills, Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives and multiple departments, High level of professionalism, discretion, and unwavering attention to detail

Develop and manage the internal communications strategy, editorial calendar, and communication priorities in alignment with company goals. Build and formalize internal communication processes, governance, standards, and workflows for a growing organization. Draft and distribute internal communications across various platforms after following approval processes. Support executive communications including All Hands meetings, leadership updates, company announcements, talking points, presentations, and employee engagement messaging. Maintain and manage internal communication channels including SharePoint, Teams, email, and other internal platforms. Coordinate cross-functional messaging to ensure organizational alignment and communication consistency. Support employee engagement initiatives, culture campaigns, and major company milestones.
