The Marketing Manager II is responsible for generating enrollments for all B2B and B2C customer segments through profitable investments in all channels. This role is a critical member of the Marketing team and will work closely with marketing operations, creative, brand, and Content, and various agencies to continuously improve enrollments performance. * Build and execute comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing plan including paid media, organic, and social. * Develop B2C go-to-market plans to support product releases and launches. * Maintain budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and other channel metrics. * Drive end-to-end quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead & pipeline fore
