Must Have

Experience with end-to-end, integrated campaign delivery with accountability across strategy, production and execution, including ATL creative and media development and agency leadership, Developed project management, analytical and verbal and written communication able to simplify complexity and tell a clear story, Creative thinker with a problem-solving and growth mindset, Demonstrates ownership and accountability for outcomes, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Commercial acumen and ability to track, optimize and demonstrate ROI/ROMI from campaign metrics, Be able to identify the most appropriate analytical and research frameworks to turn data into actionable insights, Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes with a can-do attitude, At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing generalist or marketing communications role

Translate business objectives into marketing strategies

Execute marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities

Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives

Develop and project manage campaigns

Own ATL creative development end-to-end

Drive management and execution of go-to-market initiatives

Ensure marketing campaigns support brand and reputation

Build analysis and reporting of campaigns

Manage expenditures to agreed budget

Uphold brand voice and messaging consistency

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Cross-functional exposure and close collaboration with Brand and Media teams; Work closely with the Home Buying Domain; Partner closely with other CommBank Marketing CoEs; Influence core partners via membership in cross functional agile teams

Verbal and written communication; Simplify complexity and tell a clear story; Communication skills
