Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for biotech and life sciences audiences across internal and external channels, ensuring relevance and technical accuracy. Create high-quality technical content including product communications, platform guides, thought leadership pieces, and user-facing documentation. Translate complex IT and technology capabilities into clear, compelling narratives aligned with clinical diagnostics, genomics, and research workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across business units and ensure consistent positioning of platforms and solutions. Leverage AI-based content generation tools as part of the standard marketing workflow to improve efficiency and output quality. Requirements: MBA from IIM required, with a strong preference for candidates with a B.Sc/B.Tech in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related scientific disciplines. Proven hands-on experience in marketing and campaign execution—not limited to academic exposure. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific and technical concepts without losing accuracy. Solid understanding of clinical diagnostics, genomics, life sciences workflows, and enterprise IT or SaaS platforms. Ability to operate fluently between scientific, technical, and business contexts. Experience with AI-based content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
