What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Lifecycle Management, Expert-level knowledge of Marketing Automation tools, A deep understanding of Data Architecture, CDP principles, Experience managing large-scale tooling migrations and RFP processes, A sensibility for UX/UI and brand, Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
Nice to Have
preferably within a high-traffic marketplace or digital platform, Specific experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Data Cloud, and Airship is a significant advantage
What You'll Do.
Design and execute a holistic CRM strategy focused on B2C user retention and B2B customer lifetime value
Own and set up user audiences
align all business units in their communication strategies and act as a guardian of our notifications
Define and automate the end-to-end B2B customer journey
Lead advanced segmentation
and rigorous A/B testing frameworks
Manage our tech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Google Analytics and Airship) across Email
Operate your own campaign
from the design to the sending
Proactively integrate AI to automate manual workflows and enhance predictive messaging capabilities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Bridge the gap between Product & Tech, Sales, and Data; Partner with the Go-To-Market team; Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care; Work alongside Product and Tech
Communication Scope
Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
Process & Methodology
Manage large-scale tooling migrations, RFP processes
