YOUR ROLE As Marketing Manager (Content & Events), you turn marketing strategy into execution. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, Demand Generation Manager, and Product Marketing Manager, you help bring the happyhotel brand to life through exceptional content, events, and marketing initiatives. From trade fairs and webinars to website content and customer stories, you ensure our message reaches the right audience and is executed with excellence. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Own our content engine and create, repurpose, publish, and work with our Demand Generation Manager to distribute content across blogs, social media, newsletters, webinars, case studies, videos, and sales assets. - Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and transform complex hospitality, revenue management, and AI topics into engaging content that resonates with hotel decision-makers. - Plan and coordinate trade fairs, conferences, webinars, customer events, and partner events from preparation to execution. - Work closely with stand builders, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our trade fair presence, branding, messaging, and event materials are delivered professionally and consistently. - Manage and continuously improve website content, landing pages, and digital customer touchpoints together with Product Marketing and Demand Generation. - Drive content distribution across social media, newsletters, partner channels, and content repurposing workflows. - Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and ensure timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables stay on track. - Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging technologies to accelerate content creation, research, event planning, and operational execution. YOUR PROFILE - 3+ years of experience in content marketing, event marketing, or a broad B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS, technology, hospitality, or a similar environment. - Strong writing and communication skills with the ab
