Full Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing both offline and online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. This role requires a highly creative and analytical professional capable of operating in a fast-paced startup environment Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. * Manage digital marketing initiatives including paid media, social media, SEO, and CRM campaigns. * Coordinate branding and merchant marketing activities. * Analyze campaign performance and optimize acquisition strategies. * Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support business growth. * Manage relationships with agencies and marketing vendors. * Support customer retention and engagement initiatives. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity. * Develop marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards. ## Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. * 5+ years of marketing experience. * 2+ years of management experience * Experience in startups, financial services, retail, or consumer-focused industries preferred. * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. * Creative and data-driven mindset. * Advanced English
