Full Job Description
## Description As a Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation and portfolio prioritisation for our client's business. You will lead market analysis, budget oversight, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure brand integrity and business growth. ## Profile M.Sc. degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of progressive FMCG experience in marketing management or related fields, demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities. If you have experience in beauty, skincare and/or cosmetics, you will undoubtedly have an advantage. Excellent people manager: proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly to diverse organisational levels including senior leadership. Able to translate visionary ideas into actionable local marketing plans. Strong proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics tools and marketing technologies to drive decision-making and innovation. Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and marketing research tools to inform strategic decisions. Strong business acumen with expertise in market analysis, product portfolio management, and competitive strategy. Expertise in project management methodologies including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance reporting. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and change management initiatives effectively. Proficiency with MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement. Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.
