Must Have
3+ years of marketing experience, in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology, Proven experience scaling marketing in high-growth environments, expertise in product marketing, brand strategy, and enterprise positioning, Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and consultative GTM motions, Exceptional storytelling ability, simplifying complex technology into compelling narratives, Builder mentality, comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
Nice to Have
Experience marketing AI, conversational systems, or emerging technologies, Background in category creation or repositioning, understanding of enterprise buyers and transformation challenges, Experience working closely with technical teams (product, engineering, AI), Ability to engage multiple stakeholders: from operators to C-level executives, Hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition — internships and agency experience count, Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, worked in TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms

Craft compelling messaging for multiple audiences: enterprise executives
Drive thought leadership (LinkedIn
events) to shape market perception
Create high-impact narratives that elevate Unith beyond “AI vendor” to strategic partner
Own go-to-market strategy across our core use cases: training
and customer experience
Translate complex capabilities (real-time streaming
conversational design
integrations) into clear business value
Develop sales enablement materials
and client-facing narratives
Partner closely with product
and delivery teams to launch new capabilities
Ensure alignment between messaging
Build and scale the marketing function across product marketing
Foster a culture of clarity
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales
Align closely with revenue teams to support enterprise sales cycles and strategic deals
