Must Have
2–4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within AdTech, Media, or Digital Advertising, Proven track record in managing event logistics and complex projects with multiple stakeholders, verbal and written skills, Ability to draft professional marketing copy and coordinate with PR agencies, Native/Fluent Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written), Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP), Proficiency in CRM/Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Splash), A diligent self-starter who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Nice to Have
Creative flair for bringing fresh ideas to B2B campaigns, Experience working with senior stakeholders in a "non-precious," agile way, Existing knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem in North Asia
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end execution for owned and sponsored events
Manage all event touchpoints
including the creation and distribution of branded materials and "swag"
Drive world-class communications for advertisers
and publishers via newsletters
social media (LinkedIn)
and localized marketing collateral
Work closely with stakeholders on local budget forecasting
Collaborate with the commercial team to produce high-impact sales materials and localized case studies
Own the North Asia awards calendar (drafting entries and coordinating with the Intelligence team)
Support the local PR agency with press releases and thought leadership opportunities
Align with Global and APAC teams to localize central content
ensuring it is "fit for purpose" for the North Asia market

About the Role Teads has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and online advertising to join our APAC marketing team. Based in our Hong Kong or Taiwan office, you will be the driving force behind the Teads brand in North Asia (China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive marketer who loves variety—ranging from high-impact event logistics to digital communication and sales enablement. You will ensure Teads achieves strong commercial success by expanding our visibility and brand presence across the region. You will report to the VP, Global Marketing (Paris) while working daily with the broader APAC marketing team and local business stakeholders. Your main responsibilities Event Management: Lead end-to-end execution for owned and sponsored events. This includes venue sourcing, contract negotiation, on-site logistics, and post-event analysis. Brand Stewardship: Manage all event touchpoints, including the creation and distribution of branded materials and "swag," ensuring the Teads identity is consistently represented. Content & Comms: Drive world-class communications for advertisers, agencies, and publishers via newsletters, social media (LinkedIn), and localized marketing collateral. Budgeting: Work closely with stakeholders on local budget forecast
