Marketing Manager SOL Mental Health | Denver, CO Compensation: $90-100k ABOUT THE ROLE SOL Mental Health is looking for the next great Healthcare Marketing leader to help us propel our brand, our story, and our growth!!! The status quo in mental health care does not consistently deliver the experience and outcomes people deserve. We seek to do things differently, to set a course for the horizon and establish a new bar for excellence in mental health care. We’re a fast-growing, multi-state outpatient mental health group focused on expanding access to high-quality therapy and psychiatry that’s both clinically rigorous and human. By investing deeply in our clinicians, we help more people get the support they need and deserve. You’ll play a critical role in that mission. Your marketing, communications, and growth work will be how patients, partners, and future employees discover who we are and what’s possible through better mental health care. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s excited to build alongside us. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our VP of Communications, SVP of Growth, and CEO to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, oversee external partners and vendors, and help build scalable systems and infrastructure that allow a lean team to drive outsized impact for a fast-growing organization.
