Eligibility Requirements

US Market - Night Shift, Shift Timing: 7: 30 PM IST to 4: 30 AM IST, Working Days: 6 Days working (only Saturday work from home)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or lead lifecycle management, understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems, Experience working with inside sales teams and external vendors/agencies, Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive clarity, and ensure alignment across teams, ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising on deadlines, Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and execution, Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with consistency and reliability

What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels

Translate strategic plans into actionable briefs

Ensure zero drop-offs between ideation and go-live

Own the lead flow lifecycle from vendor handoff to inside sales conversion

Act as the bridge between Vendor Manager and Inside Sales to ensure zero lead leakage

Ensure proper lead allocation

and hygiene within CRM systems

Identify funnel drop-offs and proactively resolve them with relevant teams

Create structured weekly reports on lead performance and optimization areas

Maintain brand consistency across all assets and channels

Review deliverables before final approvals

Ensure all outputs align with strategy and defined standards

Track campaign and lead performance in collaboration with performance marketing and sales teams

Share execution-level insights and learnings with the Head of Marketing

Maintain dashboards for campaign tracking and funnel visibility

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement systems

Build scalable processes for both campaign execution and lead management

Continuously improve operational efficiency across teams

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as the single point of contact between design, content, performance, product, and external agencies; Align cross-functional teams to deliver against campaign goals; Run structured sprint planning and consistent follow-ups; Track campaign and lead performance in collaboration with performance marketing and sales teams; Share execution-level insights and learnings with the Head of Marketing; Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement systems, workflows, and SOPs; Continuously improve operational efficiency across teams

Communication Scope

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive clarity, and ensure alignment across teams

Process & Methodology

Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, Track progress, flag risks early, and eliminate bottlenecks, Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at expected quality standards without exceptions, Manage stakeholders, drive clarity, ensure alignment across teams, handle multiple priorities without compromising on deadlines, structured approach to problem-solving and execution
