Support new community launches
and event marketing initiatives
Partner with agencies to manage paid media across search
and programmatic channels
Oversee website updates
and SEO best practices
Ensure all marketing materials align with Homebound’s brand voice and positioning
Develop compelling copy and messaging across email
Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to produce high-quality creative assets
Work closely with sales teams to align on buyer insights
Partner with construction
and operations teams to ensure accuracy in marketing materials
Support PR and community engagement efforts

About The Role: The Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple markets, driving projects from kickoff through completion. This role is highly hands-on, actively managing campaigns, producing deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution across digital, print, events, and signage. You will work closely with sales, construction, A&D, and external partners to bring campaigns and community launches to life, generate qualified demand, and support day-to-day marketing operations. This is a hybrid role in one of our current markets: Dallas or Houston TX, Tampa or St. Petersburg FL or Los Angeles, CA.
