This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help shape campaign strategy, go-to-market plans, and brand positioning but also you'll be the one writing the email, scheduling the post, and pulling the performance data. You'll be building the marketing function, with direct visibility into how your work drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline for both our SaaS platform and creative services. This is the right fit for someone who wants to build. You're organized and execution-driven, but you also think critically about the strategy. What You'll Own These are your core responsibilities Campaign execution: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals, from concept through performance analysis. Content creation: Write blog posts, articles, email campaigns, social media copy, and lead magnets that drive organic traffic and position CRAFTSMAN+ as a thought leader in ad tech
