As a **Marketing Manager** , you will be the driving force behind executing COGNNA’s growth engine and amplifying our brand presence. In this role, you’ll manage and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, and local event management. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to generate pipeline, optimize campaigns, and elevate our market positioning. This is a high-impact role that blends tactical execution, creative problem-solving, and data-driven optimization in a fast-paced, startup environment. ### 🔍 What You’ll Do * **Execute Marketing Strategy:** Translate high-level business goals into actionable, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive local awareness and customer acquisition. * **Drive Demand Generation:** Run high-converting lead generation campaigns focused on MQL growth, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement. * **Create Content & Brand Assets:** Write and coordinate compelling marketing materials—including blogs, case studies, website copy, and email newsletters—that resonate with cybersecurity buyers. * **Manage Digital Channels:** Directly oversee and optimize daily operations for SEO, PPC/paid media, email marketing, and social media platforms. * **Support Go-to-Market (GTM):** Coordinate and execute marketing rollouts for new product features and launches in alignment with product and sales timelines. * **Coordinate Events & Community:** Organize local cybersecurity community events, webinars, and trade show participations to build
