Track record of executing creative or guerrilla marketing campaigns that break out of traditional channels, Prior experience marketing defense or national security products, Familiarity with the defense conference calendar and the media channels that reach decision-makers in that space

Our mission is to deliver an operational advantage to secure the United States and its allies. ABOUT THE ROLE As Picogrid’s first dedicated brand marketing hire, you’ll own how the company shows up to the world, from campaigns and content to social and media. You’ll own and execute Picogrid’s brand marketing, from strategy to writing copy. This is a hands-on role today with a clear path to building and leading a team as the function grows. If you’re equal parts creative and strategic, and love building something from scratch, you’ll thrive in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own & evolve Picogrid’s brand position, identity, and voice. Ensure consistency across everything we share including press releases to social posts to event materials. - Develop and execute brand and media campaigns, content, and activations that build awareness and credibility in the defense ecosystem . - Own Picogrid’s social media strategy & execution.
