Must Have
Student currently enrolled in 5th or 6th semester of Marketing, Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields, Advanced English proficiency, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, Interest in learning corporate systems (SAP, Veeva) and AI tools, Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple tasks with administrative rigor and attention to detail, Proactivity in solving logistical problems and quick response to changes in the commercial environment

Este rol es fundamental para asegurar la excelencia operativa en la gestión de materiales, logística de eventos y control administrativo-financiero, permitiendo que el Squad cumpla con sus objetivos de negocio y alcance a los pacientes en tiempo y forma. Esta es una posición bajo esquema **híbrido** en la **Ciudad de México** , reportando al _Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Value Manager_. **Responsabilidades** * **Educación Médica y Eventos (CME):** Apoyar en el control de cronogramas para eventos nacionales e internacionales (con hasta 8 meses de anticipación). Colaborar en la logística operativa (viajes, registros, branding) y gestión administrativa de ponentes en sistemas como **Veeva** y **ROME**. * **Gestión de Contenido y Materiales:** Administrar el flujo de aprobación de materiales promocionales en **Veeva Vault** , asegurando el cumplimiento regulatorio y de _Compliance_.
