What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Demonstrated experience working in a corporate marketing or communications environment, with exposure to activities such as event coordination, content creation, campaign execution, marketing operations, or related functions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies after the internship. Available for a full-time internship beginning September 2026 for 8 months. Work out of our Toronto office (24 Ward Street)! This position requires you to be onsite 3 days per week.
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset. Photography, videography, or video editing experience. Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Familiarity with NetSuite or other business management software. Interest in technology, aerospace, telecommunications, or the space industry.
What You'll Do.
The Marketing Intern will support marketing campaigns, day-to-day marketing activities, and assist with planning for tradeshows, conferences, and internal events.
This role involves tracking invoices, quotes, and expenses, supporting campaign tracking through reporting tools, and coordinating with vendors for marketing initiatives.
Additionally, the intern will help create and update marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, manage incoming marketing requests, and maintain project documentation and brand assets.

Team & Collaboration
Working closely with team members across the organization, you'll help execute marketing campaigns, support major industry event preparations, coordinate internal communications, maintain marketing systems and reporting, and contribute to initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
