Let’s make it happen! ## What you'll do As a Marketing Intern at Emma, you’ll be part of our fast-growing international Marketing team, working on projects that help us establish Emma as the world’s leading sleep brand. Depending on your skills and interests, you could contribute in one of several areas: Market-Specific Marketing: You will join a local team to adapt our global strategy, manage country-specific channels (e.g., paid performance, affiliate, influencer), create localized content and campaigns, and drive cross-functional projects to grow the business. Performance Marketing: You will support global campaigns across different platforms, overseeing setup, optimization, A/B testing, analysis, and reporting to maximize performance and gather insights for continuous improvement. Product Marketing: You will support product development and launch projects by analyzing category, product, and consumer data, assisting with research and testing, and providing actionable insights to optimize our portfolio and market positioning.
