Key Responsibilities: * Implement marketing campaigns across both in-app and out of app channels, develop an understanding of measuring campaign performance * Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of marketing activities * Conceptualize social media strategy, manage and execute ideas on social media platforms. Create engaging, informative and visually appealing content * Liaising with internal stakeholders to produce and develop marketing assets * Support the team with data reporting and generating insights * Monitor user behavior and engagement within the Carousell app and provide insights to improve campaign performance. * Ideate and test low-cost social content: Generate creative ideas and concepts for engaging social media content. Utilize basic filming and editing skills to create hacky videos. Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content creation strategies accordingly * Leverage AI tools to brainstorm social concepts and optimize c
