Must Have

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable working collaboratively across teams

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM systems preferred, Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, Interest in marketing operations, sales enablement, or event management, Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing or sales support a plus

What You'll Do.

Support the maintenance and improvement of marketing and sales data within Salesforce (SFDC)

Assist with documenting and improving SFDC processes related to marketing campaigns

and field sales support

Assist in the creation and updating of marketing and sales enablement materials

Support version control and organization of marketing collateral for field sales use

Provide day-to-day support to the field sales organization

Assist with gathering feedback from sales teams

and execution of marketing events

and internal sales events

Support logistics such as material preparation

and post-event follow-up

Help track event metrics and assist with post-event reporting and documentation

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems; Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure materials align with brand standards and messaging guidelines; Support coordination between Marketing and Sales to ensure timely delivery of materials and updates; Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
