Drive measurable pipeline impact from our event investments; Maximize value and ROI from sponsorship packages, contract terms, and pricing; Ensure every event is on brand, on message, on time, and on budget; Report performance against pipeline and revenue targets; Define and report on event KPIs: meetings booked, MQLs, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and event-attributed revenue; Drive efficiency, visibility, consistency, and scalability across Arcesium’s global events program

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 5 years of B2B events marketing experience, Proven track record of running successful conferences and trade shows for a SaaS firm targeting large enterprise audiences, Demonstrated success owning the full event lifecycle as an individual contributor, from strategy and vendor selection through on-site execution and post-event measurement, Deep experience with vendor management and negotiation, including sponsorship contracts, booth and production vendors, and venue and catering agreements, Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools, with a working understanding of lead capture, attribution, and pipeline reporting, Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage many concurrent events, vendors, and stakeholders while consistently meeting deadlines, Outstanding attention to detail, Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executives, partner with Sales, and write clean event copy, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

Experience marketing to financial services audiences (hedge funds, asset managers, banks, or fintech) is strongly preferred, eye for design and brand consistency, with a track record of delivering booth presence and event experiences that are visibly on brand and on message

What You'll Do.

Own the end-to-end execution of Arcesium’s annual events calendar

including industry conferences

sponsored trade shows

and proprietary roadshows.

Manage all vendor relationships and contracts

including event organizers

AV and production partners

swag and print suppliers

registration platforms

and venue and catering providers.

Negotiate sponsorship packages

and pricing to maximize value and ROI.

Lead all pre-show logistics: booth design and build

lead capture configuration

staff scheduling and travel

collateral production

and branded touchpoint is fully aligned with Arcesium’s visual identity

and segment messaging.

Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to brief and approve all event creative.

Coordinate pre-show and post-show promotion in partnership with Demand Generation

and the Inside Sales team

including target account outreach

meeting booking workflows

and post-event lead routing and follow-up cadences.

Manage on-site execution

including staff briefings

executive meeting coordination

and real-time issue resolution.

Own all post-show logistics: dismantle and freight return

lead processing into Salesforce and HubSpot

attendee data hygiene

and stakeholder debriefings.

Build and manage the events budget across the full calendar year.

Track all spend at the event and program level

and report performance against pipeline and revenue targets.

Define and report on event KPIs: meetings booked

and event-attributed revenue.

Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

Continuously evaluate event performance and the broader industry calendar

recommending which events to renew

or replace based on data and competitive intelligence.

Build and continuously improve scalable event workflows

and operational processes

while staying current on emerging event technologies and digital engagement tools to drive efficiency

and scalability across Arcesium’s global events program.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to drive measurable pipeline impact from our event investments.; Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to brief and approve all event creative.; Coordinate pre-show and post-show promotion in partnership with Demand Generation, Content, Communications, and the Inside Sales team.; Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.; Brief executives; Partner with Sales

Communication Scope

Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executives, partner with Sales, and write clean event copy.

Process & Methodology

Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage many concurrent events, vendors, and stakeholders while consistently meeting deadlines.
