What You'll Do.
execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events
Own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching
evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities
Build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets
Forecast and control budgets to ensure maximum return on investment
Design and scale company owned experiences
including executive roundtables
client forums and flagship gatherings
Build scalable playbooks that ensure repeatable success across regions
coordinate activation strategies
manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up
Establish clear success metrics
Continuously analyse performance data to refine and optimise strategy
Independently plans and delivers complex global events end-to-end within a team structure
Develops and executes event strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
ensuring measurable ROI
Negotiates and manages event and vendor contracts while maintaining budget control and cost efficiency
Designs and implements structured activation plans (pre-event
post-event) to maximise pipeline creation and acceleration
Produces detailed performance reporting and post-event analysis to continuously optimise strategy and execution
How You'll Work.

Serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Leadership; Align messaging, coordinate activation strategies, manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution; Collaborate with colleagues and managers during practical work task simulation activity
