What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience managing tradeshows, conferences, or large-scale marketing events from planning through execution and reporting, project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously, Experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and exhibit partners, Ability to manage budgets and track event spend against forecasts, communication and stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and external partners, High level of organization and attention to detail with execution skills
Nice to Have
Experience using project management platforms such as Monday. com or similar tools, Familiarity with marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and event lead capture technologies, Experience developing integrated event marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and email channels, Experience implementing lead generation and badge scanning programs tied to demand generation campaigns, Familiarity with event asset management, including display inventory, warehousing, and standardized event kits
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end management of tradeshows and events
Oversee event strategy
promotional campaigns
Measure event performance
Maintain consistent brand representation
Define event goals and KPIs
Develop booth layouts
Collaborate with design teams
Provide strategic recommendations on event participation
Manage enterprise-wide event schedules
Develop marketing event briefs
Schedule and lead planning meetings
Coordinate pre-event customer invitations
Develop on-site brand and product graphics
Develop and execute tradeshow promotional plans
Manage internal event communications
Coordinate with exhibit partners
Procure branded apparel and promotional giveaways
Ensure booth setup and teardown are managed
