3 to 5 years of experience in administrative, coordination, event support, or commercial operations roles, Hands-on experience supporting events, workshops, meetings, or marketing activities, Experience working with structured processes, internal systems, or approval workflows

Support planning and organization of meetings and events in collaboration with Marketing
and Commercial Activation teams
Manage essential event administration including licenses
Coordinate with vendors
and internal teams on logistics
and participant arrangements when required
Support post event reconciliation and documentation to ensure proper closure
Ensure all assigned activities fully comply with company policies
and local regulatory requirements
Review and enter event related documents into online approval systems with high attention to accuracy and completeness
Collaborate closely with compliance teams to ensure timely
and transparent approvals
Manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
particularly during peak marketing and event seasons
Demonstrate ownership in tracking progress
and driving tasks to completion
Support additional projects or ad hoc assignments as required by management

Full Job Description
Role Purpose The MAPP & MEET Coordinator is a key operational partner to the Vaccine, Specialty Care, and Internal Medicine Marketing teams, supporting the compliant execution of commercial activities and events. This role is responsible for coordinating activity approvals, managing event administration, and ensuring all processes meet Pfizer’s ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards. The position requires a high sense of ownership, strong prioritization skills, and excellent English communication, as it works closely with regional and global stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment, particularly during peak business periods Key Responsibilities * MAPP stands for My Anti‑corruption Policy and Procedures.
