university graduate, 5–8 years’ experience in product or brand marketing, pharmaceutical industry experience, Proven leadership and line management responsibility, Proficient in ESS, territory management, basic marketing knowledge, presentation skills, Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, business acumen, analytical skills, Exceptional communication, teamwork mindset, high level of personal drive, Proficient in both spoken and written English, Proficient in MS Office
Nice to Have

Full Job Description
**Summary** This role will hold full accountability for the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for a new CVRM BU asset, PCSK9, covering pre‑launch through post‑launch. * Product portfolio management - ensure new product launch readiness through internal cross-functional and above market coordination and key external stake holder engagement and alignment including KOLs and business partners. Work with local/global BD to deliver externalization initiatives. * Brand marketing- Deliver brand strategies, innovative execution plan and LCM plan (life cycle management plan) based on deep customer insights for in-line brands. * GPPS communication and collaboration –ensure China needs are prioritized and incorporated in global marketing plans and China KOLs are prioritized in global KOL initiatives. Cascade GPPS brand campaign with appropriate localization * China GMD interaction – Provide commercial insights and guidance to China development project teams to accelerate China portfolio development to satisfy Chinese patient unmet needs. **_ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES_** **Provide leadership and direction to staff** * Create and communicate a clear vision for the division/department. * Define long and short-term objectives and get team alignment and commitment. * Strive to ensure performance and achievements. * Make decision and take accountability for actions. * Foster can-do attitudes and result oriented mindset.
