What You'll Do.

Lead marketing strategy in support of continued growth

Architect brand presence and expand share of voice

Implement marketing strategies to build sales pipeline

and generate target ROI

Refine the PhaseV story and pitch

Establish PhaseV as the category leader in AI-powered clinical development

Set the vision and execute marketing initiatives

Own marketing's contribution to pipeline generation

Build and continuously improve PhaseV’s lead engine across channels

Develop targeted marketing initiatives

and report key funnel metrics

Operationalize lead capture and follow-up workflows

Test and scale new growth experiments

Own marketing attribution and performance analytics

Create and manage social media presence

Develop and execute PhaseV's overall brand

Manage external PR agency

Own and refine PhaseV's visual brand and identity

Ensure website is built and optimized

and manage PhaseV's conference pipeline

Standardize pre-/post-event workflows

Lead presence at major industry events

Maximize commercial outcomes through pre-

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work directly with the PhaseV leadership team; Partner with Business Development, Strategy, and Product; Partner with Business Development and Alliance Management; Partner with BD to operationalize lead capture and follow-up workflows; Set marketing priorities and plan in partnership with Business Development, Alliance Management, Strategy, and Product teams; Ensure message-market alignment; Report marketing performance to leadership team; Define and manage marketing budget in collaboration with Finance
