What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, demand generation and digital marketing leadership in a B2B environment, Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, revenue impact, and campaign performance across full-funnel marketing, expertise across digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and web optimization, Experience managing integrated campaigns, budgets, and cross-channel marketing strategies, Advanced analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance reporting, Experience leading A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies, understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and funnel optimization, Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, High sense of urgency with the ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities, Must reside or be willing to relocate to Houston, TX

Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with Sales, Digital, and cross-functional stakeholders; Partner with Content, Creative, Digital, Web, Events, Sales, and Enablement teams; Ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs and alignment; Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies; Foster stakeholder alignment through regular communication, feedback loops, and performance updates; Collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
