What You'll Do.
Identify key prospects
Cultivate ongoing relationships
Serve as the face of Socure throughout the pre-sales cycle
Learn Socure brand and offerings
Understand core products to effectively qualify and engage prospective customers
Present and pitch Socure products through cold calls
Follow up on inbound leads and referrals
Conduct research to identify potential clients and target industries
Generate and qualify leads through various channels
Articulate the company's value proposition and product offerings
Engage with prospects and build relationships
Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations
Keep accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Stay up to date with industry trends
and competitor activities
Align with campaign leaders and account executives to drive meetings with target accounts

What the role is: The Marketing Development Partner, Public Sector is the critical first point of contact for Socure prospects and customers. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Socure’s Sales Leadership, Account Executives and Marketing teams to identify key prospects, personas, and messaging. This role will drive pipeline, cultivate ongoing relationships, and be the face of Socure throughout the pre-sales cycle. For this position we are only able to hire candidates within 45 miles of Washington DC who can come into our DC office on a regular basis.
