| 12-month fixed-term contract | Office-first _________________________________________________________________ About the team Our Performance Marketing team is responsible for acquiring new merchants across SumUp's core markets and managing significant investment in paid digital channels to hit ambitious growth targets. Within that team, the Mobile Acquisition squad is one of the fastest-moving and output-intensive units we have. We're looking for a designer who can hit the ground running, bring creative rigour to a data-led environment, and help us raise the bar on what performance creative looks like at SumUp. This isn't a role where you wait for briefs, it's one where you shape how we show up across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, working closely with our Content Manager to produce creative that converts. _________________________________________________________________ What you'll do Own end-to-end creative execution for paid and owned channels within Mobile Acquisition, translating briefs, performance data, and channel requirements into compelling assets Produce high-quality static, video, and motion content across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, working closely with the Content Manager to align on creative direction Use performance data to inform creative decisions, running structured A/B tests and iterating quickly based on what the numbers tell you Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, and Design teams to maintain brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints Actively integrate AI tools and automation into your workflow to increase output speed and creative quality Contribute to and improve creative systems, templates, and production processes to scale beyond individual output _________________________________________________________________ You'll be great for this role if… Proven experience delivering performance marketing creative across digital channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Strong proficiency in Adobe S
