Must Have

2 years+ Experience in fintech or financial services, portfolio demonstrating campaign conceptualisation and execution across multiple channels, Solid understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, conversion, and brand positioning, Experience creating and managing templates, design systems, or structured workflows, Proficiency in standard design tools (e. g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI integrations and tools), Comfort working inside a regulated, compliance-heavy environment, Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals including audience, conversion and brand consistency

Nice to Have

Background in B2B marketing or working with B2B-focused brands a plus, Experience working in fast-paced, product-led or growth environments, Basic motion or video skills for campaign assets, Familiarity with performance marketing and data-driven design decisions
