Full Job Description
Air Charter Service (ACS) is one of 5 principal brands under Mountfitchet Group Limited. ACS is the largest air charter brokerage in the world, providing private jet, helicopter, commercial airliner and cargo aircraft charters. It is headquartered in London with 40 offices across 6 continents. The group currently employs over 600 aviation professionals. The GSSC is a centralized internal entity that houses non-sales functions (such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance and others) under one roof to support the group’s business needs. About the job : The Marketing Data Research Assistant will be based in the GSSC in Mumbai and support the Marketing team based in the Head Office in London. They will work on various tasks and projects, as assigned by the Marketing team. This is a hands-on role requiring good organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities : * Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail * Update and maintain databases with the latest information * Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting data discrepancies * Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed * Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes * Work on business-as-usual tasks as well as any unplanned, ad-hoc or seasonal projects that may come up from time-to-time ## Qualifications Educational Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills : * Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace) * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Experience : Minimum 6 months experience in data collection or data entry with reputed organizations is a plus but not a deterrent ## Additional Information Please note that this is a 6-month cont
