This role maintains high data quality and implements data governance to ensure consistent, compliant, and actionable customer data. Database Management & Quality** * Oversee the collection, organization, and storage of marketing data to maintain high quality and integrity across all systems (marketing automation, CRM, CMS, ERP, lead capture tools, Google Analytics /GTM, and others) to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting. * Collaborate closely with system/product owners, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to confirm requirements in line with best practices. * Coordinate system updates and changes across platforms to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and uninterrupted data flow. **2\. Data Governance & Quality Management** * Act as a key point of contact for reported data quality issues. * Perform initial investigation and root-cause analysis of data issues, triage to relevant digital team(s) as needed, and track resolution progress.
