Must Have

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce ecosystems in a senior CRM, Marketing Automation, or Architect role, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience designing and managing CRM architecture and integrations, Experience with AI tools such as Claude for workflow optimization and business productivity, Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms, understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, segmentation, and CRM best practices, Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and business platforms, stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively, analytical and problem-solving mindset, Advanced English communication skills

Lead the architecture

and continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem

Own and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities

and campaign orchestration

Work across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless lead lifecycle and customer engagement processes

Design scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions aligned with business goals

Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms

Leverage AI tools such as Claude AI to improve CRM workflows

and automation opportunities

Develop and maintain automated workflows using N8N and other low-code/no-code technologies

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Act as the subject matter expert for CRM architecture

and marketing automation best practices

Support CRM optimization initiatives focused on customer experience
