Position Summary The Copywriter plays a key role in bringing the RW&CO. brand voice to life across all customer touchpoints. This position is responsible for crafting compelling, customer-centric, and brand-aligned copy that enhances the customer experience, supports marketing initiatives, and drives engagement and conversion. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, CRM, and Visual Presentation—the Copywriter translates strategic briefs into clear, impactful messaging that reflects the brand's identity and resonates with its target audience. Through consistent storytelling and attention to detail, this role helps strengthen brand awareness, support business objectives, and create meaningful connections with customers. Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver on-brand copy across multiple channels, adapting tone and messaging to different audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. * Support the execution of marketing campaigns by translating briefs into clear, compelling messaging in collaboration with cross-functional partners. * Apply performance insights and feedback to improve copy effectiveness and support engagement and conversion goals. * Ensure consistency and quality of messaging across all touchpoints by following established brand guidelines and stand
