Must Have

2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, influencer coordination, project support, or high-volume administrative environments

What You'll Do.

Maintain and manage the master marketing calendar

Provide day-to-day support across multiple brands by coordinating tasks

monitoring project updates

and keeping workflows organized and on schedule

Track creative assets through production pipelines

Support consistent campaign execution by following established brand standards

Own the operational logistics behind influencer gifting and seeding programs

Support creator briefing and content review processes

Maintain organized records of creator lists

and project documentation

Assist in gathering campaign performance information and supporting influencer reporting efforts

Support the systems and day-to-day processes that help marketing initiatives scale efficiently

Ensure project updates are clearly communicated across Marketing

Help identify opportunities to improve organization

and reduce operational bottlenecks

Contribute to building repeatable systems that support future growth
