This is a great next step for someone who has built strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills through previous customer service or administrative work and wants to apply those strengths in marketing. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, support projects that impact the entire company, and build hands-on experience across websites, SEO, email marketing, HubSpot, social media, content, and project coordination. This could be a great fit if you like supporting a variety of tasks, enjoy learning new tools, pay attention to details, and want to gain marketing experience in a collaborative team environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will: Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to support marketing projects, campaigns, digital tools, reporting, and process improvements. Keep marketing projects organized by tracking tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables. Support website updates, blog publishing, landing page updates, and basic SEO improvements, including metadata, headers, internal links, image alt text, local listings, and content accuracy. Help build, test, schedule, and report on email campaigns and newsletters. Maintain HubSpot contacts, lists, workflows, CRM organization, and data quality.
