By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you! ## ## Job Description: **1.0 General:** The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role within the Spin Master Australia Marketing Team, supporting Brand Managers across a portfolio of global brands and retail customers. The role is responsible for coordinating the localisation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, maintaining retailer and eCommerce content, supporting commercial planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of product launches and key trade initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will also act as the key marketing contact and brand lead on the fifth working day for a Brand Manager returning from maternity leave on a four-day work week arrangement. In this capacity, the coordinator will assume day-to-day brand responsibility, manage approvals and stakeholder communications, and ensure continuity of marketing execution and retailer support. This role requires strong project management, strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills across local, regional, and global teams. The position contributes directly to brand growth, retailer engagement, and the successful execution of marketing strategies across the Australian and New Zealand markets. **2.0 Specific Responsibilities:** Coordinate the submission, localisation, approval, and execution of TV campaigns (TVCs), digital assets, and integrated marketing campaigns to ensure timely market deployment.
