You’ll work closely with leadership, manage campaigns, and keep marketing systems running smoothly. This is ideal for someone who blends **operations + hands-on marketing execution** and thrives in structured, high-accountability environments. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Marketing Execution & LinkedIn Strategy** * Execute and manage **LinkedIn marketing campaigns** , outreach, and engagement * Track campaign performance and optimize based on data * Support **lead generation and digital marketing initiatives** across platforms ### **Executive Support & Operations** * Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for leadership * Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings aligned with business goals * Ensure smooth operational workflows across marketing initiatives ### **Content Management & Organization** * Build and maintain a **centralized content library** for marketing assets * Ensure consistency in messaging across all campaigns * Organize and repurpose content for efficient distribution ### **Tools, Automation & Systems** * Use **GoHighLevel (GHL)** and **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** for outreach and lead management * Build surveys and forms using **Typeform or Jotform** * Leverage **AI tools and automation** to improve efficiency and campaign performance ### **Research & Content Development** * Conduct market and audience research to improve positioning and messaging * Support creation of **video content and marketing materials** * Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and engagement ### **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in **marketing coordination, operations, or e
