Must Have
Salesforce (data management, segmentation, reporting), marketing automation tools, Pardot / Account Engagement / HubSpot (or similar), ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools, Google Sheets / Excel, maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases, attention to detail and process-driven mindset, Ability to follow and document structured workflows, Comfortable working remote during CST hours
Nice to Have
Supporting U. S. -based companies, Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization, Experience with CMS platforms, Experience drafting marketing emails or content support, Familiarity with Canva or light design tools
What You'll Do.
Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy in Salesforce

### **Marketing Coordinator (Salesforce, CRM, Marketing Ops, Lead Generation – Remote, CST Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Marketing Coordinator** to support **marketing operations, CRM management, and campaign execution**. This is a **process-driven, execution-heavy role** where you’ll manage data integrity, build prospect lists, and ensure marketing systems run clean and efficiently.
