Must Have
Salesforce (data management, segmentation, reporting), marketing automation tools, Pardot / Account Engagement / HubSpot (or similar), ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools, Google Sheets / Excel, maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases, attention to detail and process-driven mindset, Ability to follow and document structured workflows, Comfortable working remote during CST hours
Nice to Have
supporting U. S. -based companies, Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization, CMS platforms, drafting marketing emails or content support, Canva or light design tools
