Full Job Description

[Ingram Content Group (ICG)](http://www.ingramcontent.com) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support theIngram Publisher Services (IPS) B2B Marketing team in the NYC office. This person will assist the Manager, Marketing Services with marketing projects across multiple lines of business, including Retail, Library, Gift, and International. This role will require strong creative, organizational, and time-management skills to support the sales and marketing plans of IPS clients through newsletters, social media, and additional strategic tasks. Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms. Providing comprehensive services for publishers, retailers, libraries, and educators, Ingram makes these services seamless and accessible through technology, innovation, and creativity. With an expansive global network of offices and facilities, Ingram’s services include digital and physical book distribution, print-on-demand, and digital learning. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree or year for year directly related experience Preferred Qualifications: * Book publishing or marketing experience * Experience using Canva or Adobe products like Photoshop or InDesign * Highly organized and collaborative with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and ask questions Key Responsibilities: * Provides support and assistance to the Manager, Marketing Services with the tactical execution of sales marketing plans, strategies and programs across the IPS B2B Marketing team. * Maintains ongoing day to day, weekly and monthly marketing operations including IPS cross-brand resources, newsletters, social media, chargebacks, and title marketing efforts. * Works with management to develop relevant content and coordinate the production of marketing materials, tracking projects, and working within designated deadlines. * Works with the international sales team to ensure timely development of content for marketing materials to drive target markets to desired results. * R
